Andrade's Argonauts

Welcome aboard the Argo, a time traveling craft that will catapult you to Ancient Greece!  You've been asked by Mr. Andrade to assist in the creation of a museum highlighting various aspects of daily life in Ancient Greece.

Your mission is to do the following:

  1. Develop research questions about a particular topic pertaining to Ancient Greece (see list below).

  2. Research each question using both print and Internet resources.

  3. Record your information (in your own words) on Question Cards.

  4. Cite all resources from which you gather your information (text and graphics).

  5. Synthesize (combine) the information you find from all of the resources you use.

  6. Create a product (model, costume, food, etc.) illustrating what you've learned, and would like to share with others.

As you research one of the topics below you will focus on the following essential question

"What is unique about Ancient Greek (your topic), and how can you incorporate this information into an educational museum exhibit?"
